In 1995 Paulette was 45 years old. Paulette had one son named McKay. McKay was twelve years old when he was abducted, tortured and murdered by a family friend.
Paulette was an elementary school teacher, oil and gas consultant, home builder, writer, and speaker. Paulette’s goal in life as a mother was to rear McKay in church and to create in him a desire to be a “good” man and serve Christ.
Paulette speaks about her journey of all her hopes and dreams being destroyed and of healing and how she has risen from the ashes of great loss.
Paulette is inspirational as well as motivational. Even though the circumstance was horrific Paulette speaks as to bring hope, encouragement and peace.
